Scope Of Work
EJ Paving worked on The Somerville Housing Authority, large Site Capital Projects, for two years.
The project consisted of the following:
- :the reclamation and reconfiguration of an existing 110 spot parking lot,
- a curb cut for a new driveway entrance
- construction of an additional new parking lot
- second curb cut at opposite end of the site.
- These jobs also included full depth pavement walkway construction, construction of new concrete dumpster pads, relocation of site light poles, installation of guard rails, installation of fencing and landscaping.
- These jobs ran the gamete of site construction and E.J. Paving met every challenge and far exceeded our expectations. For jobs that were as complicated as these there were still no change orders that were not owner initiated..
