The Annenberg Community Beach House combines elements of the historic Davies Estate with new amenities to create a truly unique community destination in Santa Monica.
The Beach House used StreetPrint to beautify the surrounding parking lot.
The parking lot is Khaki. LEED compliant Limestone Grey was used on the "boardwalk" to mark the historical footprint at the original building. The Beach House was awarded a LEED Gold rating by the US Green Building Council.
