Scope Of Work
The project at the 13th Avenue Apartments in Lakewood, CO, consisted of the removal and replacement of an existing parking lot extension. In addition, a wall was installed and 500 linear feet of 30 inch curb and gutter was placed. On the neighboring property, a trickle channel and a curb were installed, and patching on the back asphalt was performed.
