Scope Of Work
Full depth replacement of approximately 17,000 Square Yards of parking lots, including excavation of entire area due to unsuitable soils, new stone base installation, base course and wearing course installation. Milling, paving overlay fabric installation, and 2" overlay of approximately 10,500 Square Yards of parking lots and roadways on campus. Project complete in less than 3 months.
