Vincent is Joseph’s youngest brother, who also has been in the
construction business since his early teens with their father
Sebastiano, and the rest of the Nativo family.
In 2018, Vincent merged his prior construction company with G-Net
Construction Corp. has been directly involved with all areas of the
company’s operations, marketing, and strategic planning, from the
company’s largest with most detailed projects, to the smallest
maintenance jobs. Working together with experienced field supervisors
and dedicated project managers, Vincent is able to closely monitor
compliance with the construction documents as well as the architect’s
intent and vision.
With his vast experience, Vincent is able successfully coordinate
projects with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors while
maintaining the project’s overall budget and schedule.

- Attended Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, where he received a
Bachelor of Architecture degree, with honors, in 1996

Professional in 2006
- Served on the advisory board of Brooklyn Green in 2012
Vincent’s Community Highlights:
- Served as President (2018 & 2019) of AIA Brooklyn, The
Brooklyn Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, as well as
serving as the Chapter’s Vice-President (2016 & 2017) and
Secretary (2014 & 2015)
- Is actively involved with the Rotary Club of Verrazano, a
charitable organization dedicated to providing lifesaving surgeries
to children with congenital heart disease, since 2004
- Is on various committees, such as St John’s the Apostle School
board, Boys Scouts Troop 330 & Cub Scouts Pack 30.
