Scope Of Work
The HVAC loop at the perimeter of the church was flooded with sewage due to a city sewer failure and backup into the ground floor of the church. The ground floor area was professionally cleaned/sanitized with the exception of the HVAC loop. Because of the sewage backup, the loop was abandoned and alternate duct work (split level system) was installed. Significant mold growth and methane gasses were festering within the abandoned loop resulting in the need to fill the loop with grout and create a permanent encasement/seal from the building interior. CGS crews not only completed the grouting but were also trained on how to properly and safely handle and work in the toxic mold environment.
