Scope Of Work
This is our third project for one of the largest auto dealers in the state of Washington. We built three separately themed buildings and completed all sitework for the nine-acre parcel adjacent to Interstate 5. A total of 64,000 sf of new construction house Porsche, Audi and Mercedes showrooms in addition to office space and service departments. A state of the art carwash facility was also built to service all three dealerships.
