Scope Of Work
By demising two existing stores totaling 56,000 sf, the owner obtained the space needed for this full interior build-out for this new tenant. All systems including HVAC and electrical were upgraded and, along with a substantial facade renovation, the renovation was completed in only 20 weeks.
