Scope Of Work
Fast paced comprehensive gut of Dartmouth's historic inn on an expedited schedule. There were 80 Dec-Tam technicians on site, working double shirts for nearly three months. As part of this project, Dec-Tam abated all of the asbestos and dismantled staircases, windows, CMU partitions, roof membranes, kitchen equipment, cabinetry, flooring and bathroom fixtures. Upon completion, 350 tons of asbestos debris and 300 tons of general construction debris were removed from the 90,000 square foot existing building. Dec-Tam completed their portion of this major undertaking on time for the pre-graduation opening.
