Benchmark prepared a full tenant evacuation campaign that included the design and construction of an on-site decontamination chamber, a full mold investigation of each of the total 300 units, and prepared a project-wide specification for mold remediation. Benchmark's cleaning protocol was endorsed by the State of California Department of Health Services.
