Scope Of Work
Wagner Engineering & Survey, Inc. (WES) provided the overall field survey and aerial mapping efforts in support of the environmental documents for this project. The majority of the work products delivered 3 months after the Notice to Proceed was issued.
Aerial mapping - Over 15 miles of study area were mapped. For the Advanced Conceptual Engineering phase, WES performed the survey for the aerial control, aerial mapping and existing Right-of-Way establishment for 8 miles of this corridor. The aerial mapping was design level 1" = 40' with one-foot contour intervals and color orthophotography.
Research & Street Centerline Monuments - Extensive research was performed through the City of Los Angeles, City of Inglewood and the County of Los Angeles records, the railroad records. The record maps field book references, centerline tie notes and the recovered street centerlines monuments were utilized in the mathematical establishment of the existing Right-of-Way lines. Task orders under this contract included: Field Survey, Aerial Mapping, Centerline Recovery, and Right-of-Way Engineering.
