Scope Of Work

Wagner Engineering & Survey, Inc. (WES), performed land surveying, aerial mapping and civil engineering services for this project. WES provided 5 aerial control panels and horizontal and vertical control utilizing GPS technology on the road, grading & drainage development survey support. A topographic map at scale 1″ = 20′ with a 1-foot contour interval was produced. Critical design features not picked up on the aerial photos were supplemented with ground surveys. WES produced digital color ortho-rectified photography. Utility analysis was included in the survey with location of water and sewer systems.

Civil Engineering was also performed. WES researched as built documents for existing improvements and utilities. Hydraulic Calculations, Grading and Drainage Design were performed, including Storm Water Management Design and Low Impact Development (LID) in compliance with city regulations. A utility analysis was done to upgrade sewer and water systems to increased capacity hydraulics were calculated and a utility analysis report was delivered. Storm water pollution plans (SWPPP) were produced with Erosion Control Plan (ECP) and Best Management Practices (BMP).
