Scope Of Work
As a member of the program management team, Wagner Engineering & Survey, Inc. (WES) performed GPS control surveys, aerial mapping, right-of-way parcel surveys, prepared over 800 plats and legal descriptions for full or partial takings, permanent easements and temporary construction easements; and performed detailed field surveys for an ongoing construction program of 12 grade separations over and under heavy rail tracks, for over 35-miles. 39 street intersections over railroad tracks were surveyed, mapped and improved physically and/or with signalization for street and rail safety and traffic concerns. All surveys and mapping tasks were performed in a condensed time frame and within budget. Examples of the locations/projects include:
