Scope Of Work
This project was designed by Populous and built by M. A. Mortenson Company. The project was praised for its double-digit Community Participation Program goals. Absolute Commercial Flooring, Native American woman-owned, helped to achieve the Community Participation Goals for the project.
The expansive list of products that were specified for the interior spaces included twenty-one broadloom carpets, two carpet tiles, seven resilient products, three rubber selections and athletic turf for the batting cages and pitching tunnels. The most interesting challenge, associated with supplying labor and material for a large outdoor facility, was logistics. Each phase required a perfect orchestration of ordering, delivering, staging and installation.
