Scope Of Work

The proposed scope of work consists of the following:

Addition of a 500 ton ammonia refrigeration plant

• Refrigeration plant shall be R-717 and have a nominal capacity of at least 500 tons refrigeration at 100% full load. Design pressures shall be 300 psig high side and 250 psig low side.
• Installation of one (1) Frick rotary screw compressor (Model RWF-II-222-H), completely factory wired, piped, pressure tested, and painted, and will include the following items factory mounted:
  • Oil separator with sump.
  • Oil heaters.
  • Dual valve assembly
  • Access cover.

Ammonia refrigeration plant continued.

• Microprocessor-based industrial screw compressor control center with a 10.4 inch active color VGA display in a NEMA 4X enclosure.
• VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) driven compressor motor.

Installation of one (1) 48” x 25’ ft. long High Pressure Receiver.

Installation of four (4) new wine chillers.

Installation of one (1) Frick Condenser (model #XLP21224-1144).

Integration of two (2) existing refrigeration plants.

Fabrication and installation of one (1) aluminum platform with six (6) S/S 10"x10” square tubing columns.

• New Platform will match all pre-existing platforms from plant #14-16.
