Scope Of Work
The Marshall Apartments is a very large 316-unit student housing project that Major did for Kraus Anderson Construction. The Marshall is the largest off-campus design development in Minnesota. Major supplied and installed all of the plumbing and HVAC systems. Major was up to the challenge of managing almost 60,000 man hours necessary to complete the project.
