Scope Of Work
Titan was contracted to install approximately 2200 linear feet of through wall flashing, shelf angles, and new brick to match the existing facade on a section of the east tower of this thirteen story condominium building. Our teams accessed the work areas using multiple drop scaffolding rigs, working in stages to remove the existing brick and flashing, preparing the substrate and installing the new flashing, and installing the new brick and mortar to match the existing as closely as possible.The property was fully occupied during the renovations.
