Scope Of Work

This was a full-building facade and balcony restoration project for an eight story condominium building. This job was performed while the building was fully occupied. 

The project entailed the surface preparation and re-coating of the concrete balcony exteriors, including the columns, spandrels, and railings. The project also included the surface preparation and installation of pedestrian traffic membrane coating on the balcony decks. Additional repairs were completed throughout the property as needed, such as: painting of window and door frames, painting balcony railings, patching concrete damage, and caulk replacement
