Scope Of Work

The Edmonston Crossing Shopping Center is built on top of underground parking and the building required major repairs to the support structure due to deterioration in the structural beams and decking.

The project involved shoring up the support structure and replacing the damaged beams and decking.The concrete slab was re-poured and waterproofed with Henry’s hot rubberized asphalt system, and the topping slab was poured for the sidewalks. Additionally, a section of the asphalt was replaced, a new access ramp was installed, new curb stops were installed, and new parking stripes were painted. The building was also power washed to remove any debris or residue.
