Scope Of Work

Knights Landing Boat Launch Facility Renovation in Yolo County (August/September 2020)—URI was subcontracted by Syblon Reid (GC) to provide underwater services primarily to conduct concrete slab cutting (±80LF total length of cuts) for the removal of a 7’ wide x 50’ long section of CIP concrete boat ramp. Divers also performed water jetting for sediment relocation, roto-impact drilling to set concrete anchors for saw-cutting track guides and reusable picking eye brackets, utilized a hydraulic chainsaw for timber pile cutting/removal and assisted GC with the placement of new grade beams, assist with gravel bedding/leveling before installation of new pre-cast concrete slab sections and insertion of 2 helical anchors to securely moor the floating dock to the riverbed.
