Fire Escape Systems has been marketing a complete line of portable and permanent fire escape ladders and specialty ladders for home and office since 1996.  Our portable ladders are recognized as the finest quality chain rung ladders made and are available in sizes not readily available through retail stores. The permanent ladders range from simple interior floor mounted units to very sophisticated retractable ladder systems.

We have been solving commercial, industrial and warehouse interior and exterior access and egress situations with our permanent counter balanced ladder systems. These ladders are unique and retract to provide security. You can determine how they should open- either top only, bottom only or both. Our Fixed- Escape™ and Commercial Fixed- Escape™ ladders are retractable and architecturally discreet- ideal for security because they can only be opened from the top.

Our Fixed-Escape Counter Balanced ladders are available in standard sizes that retract 7, 8, 9 or 10 feet off the ground and available with or without a cage. They are extremely versatile for interior or exterior situations that require the bottom section to retract off the ground.

We custom build many types of access and egress ladders for unusual situations.

We also market emergency kits, telescoping ladders and economical smoke masks for home and office.
