Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the remodel of a 29,000 sf residential property.
Our scope of work included assisting in the design, material and finishing selections of the millwork along with the fabrication, finishing and installation throughout the house. The enclosed pictures and descriptions include the coffered ceilings, library and kitchen.
The coffered ceilings and paneling at the end of the many long hallways are finished with a matt white conversion varnish. The wall bookcases of the library are finished with a gloss gray conversion varnish. The library ceiling is soft matt white paint. The kitchen is finished with matt white conversion varnish.
The entire project totaled approx 3,500 man hours of design, fabrication, finishing and installation over a 12 month time period.
