Scope Of Work
Addition being added to an older building in Minneapolis to improve flow or restaurant/bar. Addition consists of basement and main floor level with ADA restroom for pool table and stage. We encounter many challenges when opening up walls during this project but were able to overcome each of them by communicating with the client and reviewing options for each. We have added a beam to the lower floor in order to stabilize the main floor and rebuilt areas of the staircase. We are still working on the project and with all the unknowns that we have been faced with
