Artie Gavitt's Bio
Artie has over 15 years of experience in health care construction, specializing in radiology/imaging centers. He has successfully completed installations of various MRI’s, CT’s, X-RAY, and PET-CT and has worked in most of the major hospitals in New York. Some additional significant projects that have been completed under his direction include build-outs of patient floors, OR’s, Cath labs, electrical infrastructure upgrades, centrifugal chiller replacements, and emergency department renovations. He is extremely familiar with Article 28 requirements and infection control procedures. His regular participation during the pre-construction phase, working diligently with the design team and clientele ensures effective project management time and time again.

Carlos has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. He began his career as an apprentice and worked his way up through various trades to his current title of Project Manager. He has developed extensive hands-on knowledge and experience to successfully complete complex residential, healthcare, institutional & retail projects. An NYC Master Electrician with over 34 years of experience in the electrical industry, Michael serves as a tremendous asset to our clients. Specializing in all phases of electrical construction including healthcare, retail and industrial; his proficiencies for value engineering and design affords him the ability to meet the client’s budget and ensure the staff delivers quality workmanship on time. An active member of the Five Boro Electrical Association, he stays on top of the unique and complex rules and regulations. Thomas Hannafey's Bio
Thomas has 40 years’ experience in the construction industry, over 14 years directly with PM. He has a unique ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. His knowledge evolved over 25 years in the field, with hands-on experience allowing him the ability to not only see what is required on any one project but the ability to identify what is not. All of this is instrumental in providing pre-construction services and value engineering. Advising the client of possible issues and potential savings realized has benefited PM in our relationships with our clients who have been with us for many years.
As the Safety Manager Thomas frequently visits sites and discusses logistics and all risk concerns with our Project Managers and Supervisors. His direct communication with our safety group and risk management team ensures we stay compliant with all the latest rules and regulations. His certifications and licenses include NYC Construction Superintendent, OSHA Construction Safety & Health Certification 10 & 30 Hour, Certified NYC DOB Erector/Dismantler Scaffold Installer & Remover, Trained/Certified Firestop Installer, Certified for Lead Abatement, Certified Site Safety Coordinator, and NYC FDNY Fire Guard F-60 Certification.
