Scope Of Work
While this project went out for two different bids, our relationship with Five Below gained us the ability to bid on both parts of the project, enabling us to save money for both the landlord and Five Below.
An additional challenge was presented when Staples expressed a desire to leave the facility. We leveraged our expertise in space utilization, making the Staples lot smaller so they were able to stay, and creating the perfect space for Five Below.
