Scope Of Work
Siena is onw of two condominium buildings located at Ink Block in Boston’s South End. The 79-unit project consists of one, two, three and three-bedroom plus den units including ground floor masionnettes. Amenities include a sky lounge, fitness center, clubroom lounge, library lounge and access to underground parking.
Building construction consisted of precast concrete piles, structural steel garage (below grade) and steel with metal deck and concrete superstructure. The façade is a combination of masonry and metal panel. The project opened in the spring of 2018 and is LEED Gold certified.
