Scope Of Work
Cranshaw is constructing the 3-story, 49,000 SF new corporate office headquarters core and shell, as well as the tenant fit-up for the Norfolk & Dedham Group in Dedham Center. As part of the scope, the existing 36,000 SF building that occupies the property will be demolished.
The new building will include a café and amenities on the first floor, corporate office space on the second and third floor, and underground parking. The site sits adjacent to the Charles River, which is an environmentally sensitive location, requiring intense storm water management protocols.
The building has conventional concrete foundations and a structural steel and concrete frame. The facade of the building is designed with custom aluminum windows and curtainwall entries, and a traditional brick veneer with precast accents resembling limestone.
