Scope Of Work
Edgeboro was contracted to supply and install a Soil Gas Mitigation System.
Nearly 8,500 lf of sub-slab vent piping was installed in the existing aggregate layer. The system continued passively through the roof.
The entire footprint was completed, including dock levelers, with all seams, penetrations, and terminations sealed per manufacturer's recommendations. Between 2 Facilities, 750,000 sf.
work was completed with coordination between all trades, allowing for concrete trucks to access slab pour areas and to hold schedule.
