Scope Of Work
The facility is part of a new 55 acre mixed use development site. Edgeboro was contracted to supply and install a Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System (VIMS).
The 155,000 sf facility included a number of Dock Levelers which required application. A PVC Sub-Slab Ventilation was installed, and once the Aggregate Layer was completed, the Passive Monitoring System and Vapor Barrier followed. Edgeboro installed in a phased fashion to follow the concrete pour schedule
Vent Risers completed the system install. The Vapor Barrier was tested to ensure the system is installed properly and free from defect.
