Scope Of Work
West Hollywood is proud to showcase Sunset La Cienega, two 10 story high-rise hotel towers. It’s modern design includes mixed-use property with retail, restaurants and an open-air plaza which allow panoramic views of the L.A. basin. Suffolk Construction turned to Diversified to install the luxury look to the windows of two penthouse suites. We installed 20 Mecho motorized blackout shades, along with BTX motorized drapery tracks controlling sheer curtains in front of the shades. In addition, we placed 2 double motorized shades covering large 20’ X 15’ windows in the hotel’s Great Room and one massive Gliss walk-along drapery track with sheer curtain at the hotel’s boardroom.
