Scope Of Work
This 54,000-square-foot conference and training center is located on the GE Oil & Gas Hydril Technology Center campus. The Center includes “world class” training and presentation facilities for the company and their global customers along with expanded office space. It is tied into existing buildings and is nestled against an existing pond. Foundations for the new center had to be meticulously constructed against the pond edge. The project included the construction of 137 new parking spaces with the modification of an existing 132 spaces to accommodate customers, guests, trainees and conference participants.
