Scope Of Work

Titled - HEROES QUIET READING ROOM

We were commissioned to create a Dimensional Fused Art Glass piece to go above the fireplace as a Memorial to Michael C. Olivieri.  The piece would incorporate all the desired elements under the direction of the Olivieri Family and would include many aspects of the young man's life who died way too early. 

Fused Art Glass, as well as Backpainted Glass showing a Glacier Edge was used to create the 54" x 36" Wall of Art.

3 Layers of Glass was used to create a Dimensional Fused Glass Piece which was secured to the wall using Stainless Steel Standoffs.  Quote was carved from the back of the glass and a silver-leaf patina was applied.  Mix of Cathedral, Opalescent and Iridescent Glass, along with Confetti, Rods, Stringers as selected.  Each family member had a circle to represent their birthstone color.  The glass was hand-selected by Sheri Law herself.

The Etched Glass for the North Wall with the American Flag was also part of the project.
