Our Story
Diversified Builder Supply was founded in 1984 in Mesa, and started out as a niche sub-contractor; supplying and installing manufactured fireplaces to residential homebuilders. Within a few years, the company began offering glass block windows, stone/brick fireplace surrounds, and exterior stone and brick veneer. By the mid 1990's Diversified expanded to start work on commercial building projects as well. As the company has continued to evolve, it now has separate, fully-developed residential and commercial divisions that provide residential homebuilders and commercial general contractors with a wide range of custom and specialty masonry products.
Whether the project is residential or commercial, Diversified Builder Supply is committed to providing each of its clients with superb customer service. The Diversified team works closely with clients to help them with any issues that may arise, such as difficult details and transitioning materials. Diversified works with clients to maximize value-engineering opportunities.
Within the last 10 years, the masonry industry has evolved, becoming much more sophisticated. Projects have become more detailed with more elaborate exterior and interior finishes. Diversified Builder Supply is as conscientious of the future as it is of its clients. The Internet has also given owners, architects, and general contractors greater access to the variety of products available. These combined factors make it necessary to contract with experienced, established and professional subcontractors like Diversified Builder Supply, Inc.
We are established as a strategic alliance with greenscreen® within the State of Arizona. greenscreen® is a three dimensional, welded wire trellising system. The distinctive modular trellis panel is the building block of the greenscreen® system. Rigid and lightweight greenscreen® comes in standard 3" or 2" thick panels. greenscreen®'s unique wire space frame configuration can span between structure members - thus fences, free standing screens and gazebos are just some of the many applications. The panel's depth creates a "captive growing space" for supporting plants and promoting healthy growth of green walls and facades.
