Scope Of Work
Pacific University’s Berglund Hall is a $12 million concrete and steel-framed building totaling 41,285 SF on two floors and a partial lower level. Faculty offices, chemistry lab and classrooms were constructed. It provides state-of-the-art facilities for expansion of the University’s business program, a new home for the College of Education, a Child Learning and Development Center, and The Berglund Center for Internet Studies.
