Scope Of Work
96,000 square foot addition, foundation and roadway to new potash storage building at Portland’s Terminal No. 5 for potassium carbonate storage. The terminal facility accomodates transfer of product between tank cars, ships and storage.
A design-build, guaranteed maximum contract for a 4,386 SF expansion and addition of a pre-engineered metal building. This addition also included a 1,511 SF interior mezzanine build out for offices, a conference room, and restrooms.
