Scope Of Work
Harbor View Apartments A 72 unit apartment project that was taken over by druggies. They stole the copper pipes, copper wiring, and aluminum from the windows for scrap metal to support their habits. We bought this property and completely redesigned & renovated it and made it a viable low income housing project in the heart of National City. The city of National City gave us a beautification award for this project.
