Scope Of Work
Buch fit out a new retail bank branch for Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) in Middleburg, VA. This renovation of a 50+ year old building consisted of structural and exterior modifications to meet the banking needs including a new ATM and stucco wall, canopy signage and upgrades to the façade. The original interior layout was maintained and incorporated millwork and glass panels, wood flooring, Scuffmaster solid metal paint within the coffered ceilings, custom teller pod and upgrade renovations to the back of house spaces.
