Scope Of Work
Design-Permit-Build new 60,000 sq. ft. 200-ft clearspan framed building used for C&D, Inert, and Organic recycling facility. Challenges included large amounts of import soil, keeping the owner's business in full operation during construction, and comleting the proejct on a fast schedule. The project included over 4,000 cubic yards of certified soils import and placement, street UG wet and dry utilities, site development and landscaping, CMU walls, new 4,000-amp electrical service and heavy equipment installation and connection, wet fire sprinkler systems and alarm, bathrooms and tenant improvements, an odor misting system, and bio-swale and infiltration pits.
A 10,000 sq. ft. two-story new Design-Permit-Build office building and tenant improvements addition is currently in-progress for permits.
