B. Tait Builders, LLC worked side by side with the landlord to convert a timeless historic landmark into a new Planet Fitness club. For years the theatre laid vacant, without a clear path. The renovations included massive undertakings in the interior, including but not limited to removing the floor, adding a second story mezzanine and salvaging the decaying shell of the structure. The work on the exterior needed to first be approved by the historical society with the clear distinction that the building would keep its past life appearance. I would say this project was one of the more technical undertakings we have completed on the retail side, but oh how beautiful the final result turned out!
