Fast-track, 13-month schedule
Complete demolition and reconstruction for all new bedrooms and bathrooms including historic restoration of existing library, senior common room and master’s residence
The project also includes all new MEP infrastructure, electrical upgrades and an exterior restoration package that consists of a new slate roof, chimney restoration, repointing and new windows
