Scope Of Work
New construction of a pre-engineered metal building with insulated panels for the Caltrans Maintenance Facility in Mono County. Project consisted of design and construction of a 2,750 sf pre-engineered metal building with insulated roof and wall panels, hollow metal exterior man doors, motorized overhead insulated sectional doors and aluminum windows. Maintenance facility included office space and maintenance area complete with jib crane, lube and air equipment, vehicle exhaust system, radiant heating and all new fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical.
