Hall Contracting Corp.

HALL Contracting was recently named a Top Workplace in the Charlotte, NC region for 2016.  All of our employees were invited to complete a survey fro Workplace Dynamics in the spring of this year.  Four areas of interest were tabulated by Workplace Dynamics for each company who participated in the contest: pay, benefits, workplace mood and company leadership.  Some of the statements included: “My manager cares about my concerns,” “This job has met or exceeded the expectations I had when I started” and I believe this company is going in the right direction”.  Employees rated these kind of statements (20 some odd total), from 1 (poor) to 10 (excellent), and returned the surveys to Workplace Dynamics for tabulation.  HALL management was not privy to the responses by employees.  The winners were published in the Charlotte Observer on Sunday, September 25, 2016 in a special section  http://www.charlotteobserver.com/news/business/top-workplaces/article101841477.html.
