Scope Of Work
Modifications to the existing Hartford Ave. Water Treatment Plant to increase flow capacity for iron and manganese removal included upgraded filter control valves; well redevelopment; new submersible well pumps, two GreensandPlus filters, a clearwell baffle system, chemical feed systems, and ancillary equipment and controls.
Also included in this project was the construction of a new 2.41 MGD water treatment plant at Wrentham Road. The new construction consisted of submersible well pumps, well redevelopment, a GreensandPlus filtration system, a clearwell, chemical feed systems, a wash water recycling system, settled solids waste system, ancillary equipment and controls.
