Scope Of Work
The 45,000 SF 2-story medical office building and associated site work project includes medical practices, laboratory facilities, general office space, and fully equipped urgent care facility. Haydon worked with Chandler Regional Hospital and the individual tenants to ensure a consistent delivery of each of the office suites. Close coordination was required to ensure a smooth and timely transition from the shell to Tenant Improvements to move in.
