Scope Of Work
Haydon was the CMAR for this Gold certified 21,000 SF full service branch library which features an 80,000-piece collection. The project includes 50 public computers, computer lab, wireless internet access, interactive early literacy children’s , teen space, public seating areas, coffee and refreshment bar, two public meeting rooms, group study rooms, quiet room, shaded reading patio, convenient drive-through service window for pick-up and returns, and parking. Gold design features include low VOC finishes, a high percentage of local materials, high percentage of recycled materials, high efficiency HVAC system, high efficiency lighting, permeable paving systems and low water-use landscaping.
