Scope Of Work
Upgradation & Relocation of UG steam & chilled water infrastructure, and construction of a new ground-up 30,000 SF building for the Nursing School with associated utilities, hardscape, landscape & storm detention basin. Features of this state-of-the-art building include a simulation center designed to replicate complex patient care situations; a technology-enhanced classroom to support students’ development of clinical judgment; and dedicated laboratories for health assessment, nursing skills, and delivery of care in a home environment. The building also has 11 offices for faculty and staff.
