Scope Of Work
The Gateway Hyundai project consists of a 17,500 square foot new full service automobile dealership, complete with Showroom, Administrative area, Parts, Service write-up, Tool storage, Employee break/locker room, Service bays, and Customer service area.
In addition, the project includes complete site development to include earthwork, underground utilities, site concrete, asphalt paving, etc., for the new Colonial Honda Dealership, as well as site accommodations for displaying automobiles.
The Gateway Hyundai project includes Pre-Construction/Construction services.
