Description:
This project, known as “Campaign 2011” was developed by the Church to celebrate its 100-year anniversary and to reflect its dedication to its mission and to its rich historic setting. The project consists of several improvements and renovations throughout the building. One of the more notable aspects of the project is the extensive renovation of the Chapel, returning that space to its original “Meeting Hall” form. The design of this space was inspired by its original two-story Sunday School Room that had an integral balcony. This much needed open space adjacent to the Sanctuary provides a generous area to receive new members and guests as well as providing meeting space. The project includes certain plumbing and HVAC improvements as well as electrical upgrades and the installation of a fire alarm system.
