Scope Of Work
This Project consists of the fast track construction of four (4) buildings for a new 75,000 square foot retail automobile dealership located on an eight-acre site. The dealership consists of Showrooms, Parts, Service, Administrative and Body Shop areas for the relocated Dominion Chevrolet-Buick-Pontiac-GMC dealership. Site accommodations include provisions for displaying cars and buildings consisting of pre-engineered metal with EIFS as the exterior skin.
Throughout the course of construction, the Owner requested changes resulting in the final Guaranteed Maximum price as noted above. The final total of the Cost Plus work was approximately $5,550,000, representing a savings to the Owner.
