Scope Of Work
In July 2014 Commercial Contracting Corporation was contracting by Turner Construction Company to complete concrete work at the Wayne State University Student Center. The Wayne State University Student Center is a 45-year-old building that required updates to accommodate the increase in students and activities on campus.
Commercial Contracting Corporation completed the on site concrete work including foundations and slab on metal deck work.
A total of four floors were renovated which included new venues: student organization and leadership collaboration spaces, modern meeting, conference and banquet facilities, new food court and additional dining venues and new gaming and recreation areas.
